We’re excited to share the latest innovations in the FundThrough platform—updates designed to make your funding experience faster, easier, and more transparent. With improvements to reporting tools, customer management, and invoice uploads, along with a new way to fund for Enverus clients, these changes are all about helping you access capital more efficiently.

Payment Activity Report

What it is:
The Payment Activity Report unlocks more cash flow insights and transparency than ever: get an instant, visual overview of statuses, timing, payment type, and fee breakdowns. Always know when you’ll be paid and the why behind the amount.

What it does:
  • See past, processing, and upcoming payments
  • Displays payment totals and breakdown of fees, advance rates, and customer details
  • Includes filters for transaction type, status, and date
  • Search transactions
  • Download report
 
Why you should care:
  • Get peace of mind with insight into upcoming payments for fully informed cash flow planning.
  • Access payment details so that you know exactly which invoices are being funded and how the deposit amounts are being calculated.
  • Save time by looking up these details in the app whenever you want. Skip the wait for custom reports or a response from your account manager.

How to use:
  • Log in and navigate to the Activity tab
  • Filter by date, status, or transaction type as needed
  • Click on any item for full payment breakdown

Customer Management Update

What it is: A new space in the FundThrough platform dedicated to customer management that highlights which customers need action and helps you resolve issues quickly. It’s never been easier to complete the approval process for new customers or to see how much potential funding you have available.

What it does:

  • Sorts customers by status: Action Required, In Review, Approved, Rejected
  • Flags customers that require action to continue review
  • Shows information required in approval process (e.g., required documents and notes about actions to take)
  • Enables document upload and real-time status tracking
  • Banner at top of dashboard reminds you about customers that require action

     

Why you should care:

  • See how much funding is available for each of your customers
  • Easily find and submit new customers for approval
  • Quickly resolve issues with customer reviews
  • Easily see how much funding is available for each customer
  • No need to wait on account manager to understand next steps

     

How to use:

  • Either click the banner or the Customers tab on the far right side of the dashboard 
  • Review customer statuses and click on customers with “Action Required” indicators
  • See notes about actions required; upload requested documents 
  • Add new customers for review using the “Add Customers” button in the top right corner

Enverus Click-To-Fund Widget [Coming by End of Month]

What it is:
The widget you see in your OpenInvoice portal displaying invoices you could fund now allows you to submit funding requests without switching platforms (for customers whose invoices you already fund).

What it does:

  • Puts FundThrough funding directly into your workflow
  • Enables you to request funding from inside OpenInvoice
  • Shows fees and how much funding will land in your bank account 
  • Delivers confirmation of funding

Why you should care:

  • Fewer steps to request an invoice funding
  • No need to toggle between platforms
  • Complete requests in less time–and just a few clicks

How to use:

  • Log in to your OpenInvoice account. The FundThrough widget is on the upper right side of the dashboard.
  • Click “Get Paid” on any invoice shown to begin the funding request
  • Follow the prompts and submit—all from within Enverus

Invoice Upload Improvements [Coming by End of Month]

What it is:
A refined invoice upload process that reduces duplication and simplifies customer selection.

What it does:

  • Automatically parses uploaded invoices
  • Detects and flags potential duplicate customer names
  • Allows for merging or confirming customers
  • Prompts document uploads when needed

Why you should care:

  • Improved customer matching: no duplicate customers or intros sent to customers whose invoices you already fund.
  • Save time by submitting new invoices for funding as soon as the upload is complete; skip searching for them on the dashboard.
  • Updated AI model to better identify customer name and invoice details from PDFs.

How to use:

  • Begin by uploading your invoices as usual
  • Review parsed details and confirm or resolve flagged duplicates
  • Click “Submit” in the bottom right corner
  • Optionally upload contract for new customers
  • Click “Get Paid” to fund the invoice
